You're looking thick as a brick mate and the effort you've been putting into your training really shows.
In response to your other comment about conditioning (and this is just personal opinion) I don't really like it when an amateur or intermediate physique gets too striated and vascular. Guys need to be close to pro and carrying a ton of LBM to pull off showing that level of dryness without looking stringy and weak.

Here's an example of a physique I don't like (but that doesn't mean I don't respect the guy for the achievement). He must've really suffered to get into that sort of condition and I doubt that he felt very good at that b/f%.

I agree I looked tiny pushing for the crazy condition but also didn’t need too eat under 400g carbs but I did which made me drop even more being tall got too bring thickness why I’m not doing July I know people might be pissed off but I wasn’t ready and the stage is always there

Nice work mate, do you do every exercise in the exact order as wrote out mate or is that just your training log and you aim for that order but sometimes have to jump on other things while you wait?

That exact order mate im lucky the gym is empty and never normally need to wait thanks to the area nobody travels lol

Also what kind of gym do you train at bud?

nice and quiet mate, my pal is at JD and said 8am-10am and 4pm-8pm is hell on earth anything else is fine
It used to be exercise for less it was empty then too lol but such a great gym I love it good people manager former bb was huge and was sponsored good guy one pushing me to compete also.

all staff are nice unlike most gyms to many fake haters not hard to be a nice person but they don’t want bb they forget why gyms where built for weight lifting
