    Not tried this cream of rice yet mate but nearly everyone I know is using it now days. Which brand do you use mate and do you ever cook it or just neck it in your shake? Hearing CSN are the best?

    Last run was for six weeks 100mg Prop M/W/F 100mg NPP M/W/F 50mg Anadrol pd tapped out week 3 😣 Put some very good size back on as was my first stack in over 3 years. Next run will be Test Prop 50mg EOD 40mg Injectable Sdrol M/W/F- Not ran this before and eager to see how it fairs sides...

    Agree with you on the deca, it’s all I ran for years mate but these days I can be called in for bloods randomly so can’t risk it. More than happy with 3ml per week of NPP though for six weeks here and there 😊

    One I have never tried and I have tried most to be fair mate. Heard mixed reviews on taste with that stuff though, how would you rate it out of 10? Yeah mate, whey is just like a glass of water once you’ve been on the thick mass shakes lol

    Either bought or home made, what is it? Currently having 2 x scoops of DY nutrition mass game changer, with a pint of full fat milk and 2 x scoops of blended oats. @charliethomas You still have the recipe for that 1k calorie shake lol?

    The T-Bol is quality mate, the first lab I used where I didn’t need the 80mg-100mg per day dosage that many would lead you to believe online, 40mg is great, 60mg max.
