Did my morning cardio 1 hour been fasted since just cooking up some chicken will eat that soonish might need too lower cardio a bit will see tomorrow
I don't know what the CV session entailed but it's good to see you doing focused/dedicated CV rather than just doing 30 minutes on a stationary bike as a closer after lifting weights. Guys carrying your amount of size/weight need to take CV as serious as your weight sessions IMO.
