All points noted mate and I'll adjust my posting style a little for harmony but please don't tarnish me with the UK-M brush. That website is a total disgrace and I'm definitely not "that type" of member (n)

Thank you for noting and I apologise if I came across as tarnishing you, that was not my intention, I just find your style at times similar to those you see on the forums nowadays and which has led to their demise.

You shouldn’t have to “adjust” your posting style though mate that is the point.

If you was around in the GMJ days and other forums like that, then you should know all too well of the style and harmony these fantastic members share and post in a way that would honour the legend himself.

Let’s draw a line under it now bud, thread has been derailed to death and apologies to the OP for that

I was thinking of setting a daily routine well a morning one and a night time one
Can’t do a precise one where all meals are timed because of work etc

5:30 am wake up
5:35 stretch
5:45 shower
6am breakfast
Etc etc etc

Then say
21:00 stretch
21:15 teeth wash etc
21:30 30mins wind down
22:00 bed
Etc etc

I was wondering if anyone does the same and if anything improves etc
Is sleep better
Mood
Sleep-wake-brush-prework meal-cardio-workout-shower-eat-attend to life issues-repeat!
