    That's the way I felt about it. I had to get a loan to finance it & i know we all have different priorities but from my point of view it was worth it. I have never regretted it. I made a full recovery which can't be guaranteed but going with someone like Gordon MacKay gives you the best chance.

    I completely detached the labrum in my right shoulder, which required surgery. Kept me out of gym for 3 months but made a full recovery. Had surgery on Tuesday for umbelical hernia repair which will be a 4-6 week recovery time all going well.

    I miss the busy forums of the past with loads of posts to read & answer. So much information was contained on them. Bro science was definitely as issue but there was still a lot of good information.
