Glad I stopped buying it now.

Half of this isn’t with the cost of living or increase in inflation I believe.

They just know how popular and the boom in the industry has become and know they can’t charge whatever they like.

It’s getting to the point that branded tubs are now cheaper than your regular bulk suppliers.

Home bargains have some 1kg pouches that aren’t bad at all for roughly £11-£14

Stop using MyProtein years ago. Was good value at one time, clearly no longer the case.

Spot on. It's got fuck all to do with the economy/shipping/purchase price etc.
They're just taking the piss and milking the popularity/trend for every penny they can get.....

I stocked up with 15kg a few years ago when the prices kept going up and up at MyP but I'm half way through my last bag and need a source again now for unflavoured WPC. I'll probably start using Bacarel for £20 per kg.

I've just done a quick price check on bulkpowders and they've got a sale on atm.
5kg unflavoured for £104.

I've placed an order before the price doubles again in a few weeks lol

@charliethomas

Do you think there's any difference in quality with WPC from the bulk suppliers?

MyProtein/Bulkpowders/Bacarel?

To get a decent amount of Protein powder a month must cost the same as HP on a decent car.

Being honest though...trying to get your quota in real terms in real food from a supermarket would be double, at least.
Ive just started using a food delivery service, there is some good ones at the monent, i see the prep site that Eddie hall sponsors offers 30% off with first order.
Whats ur opinion on them? certainly for convenience they work.
the one im using averages 50grams of protein per meal.. and 18 meals will cost £100.
I didnt think that was extortianate tbh

I eat on average 35 meals a week (this includes shakes too) so that would mean a £200 food bill for me using food delivery services. I've got my shopping bill down to about £75 a week now without any noticeable weight loss and my diet is really healthy/fresh (no junk and I only drink alcohol at weekends).

I was thinking about this earlier and a question kept rattling around in my head. Do you choose your own meals and it's then a trial and error process to find out which ones you like and want to order again or do you just eat whatever you are given?
