My blueprint to get huge serious bodybuilders

testosterone your androgen is the key building blocks in all cycles and if you want to get thick you need testosterone 750-2000mg

secondly the anabolic deca it’s been used as the stable growth gainer since the start of the 60s and always produces the mass from increased nitrogen retention 600-1200mg

third your dht mast it will provide the hardening drying and allowing everything to work that much better very underrated and should be in all cycles off-season or dieting 400-800mg

oral dbol breakfast of champions Arnold’s favourite loved it for helping fill out a larger taller frame which dbol does it gives you that even more thick look especially arms pecs 20-60mg per day

anadrol another great oral that packs huge size strength gains and should be cycled in if wanting to grow 50-100mg per day

Insulin fast acting now this is different you ideally want to match your blood sugar reading and carb intake so it’s person dependant but I’d say 6-10iu but if bigger meals as high as 15iu pre post workout if wanting to push even more do this with each meal

Long acting insulin I believe 3 days per week works best here as I’ve found this one caused the bigger gut issue on me so this approach is best 30-150iu

hgh the game changer as we know there’s many protocols but I find daily intake spaced out is best at keeping you leaner allowing all of it to be used effectively and with the daily fast acting insulin preventing some spill over of fat gain as we might be consuming that little bit more food 6-12iu injected intramuscular there is people who inject intravenous but this isn’t safe

Igfl1lr3 injected 3 times per week along with lantus this I find is the best approach 200 pre workout

Injectable l carnitine 200mg 3-4 days per week pre workout to keep androgen receptor sensitivity and allow anabolics to be used more effective over time

ai usage off-season we need estrogen to grow so use the least amount needed I find letro easiest to control it if needed 2.5mg once per week

Use something for cholesterol either simvastatin at 40mg per day at night or Ezetimibe 10mg per day at night or combine both if needed

Blood pressure control
Telmisartan 40-80mg depending on blood pressure reading or lisinopril 2.5mg or 10mg per day


This is the basic plan to grow big follow this and consume over 500gram of protein eat enough calories overall hit your ratio of potassium salt micros and stay hydrated and watch yourself turn into a freak

I must say I've never pushed a growth cycle as thorough as this, always getting caught up with trying to look good in the process and using compounds that hide a shitty diet. Always ended up stringy and flat, caught in a vicious circle.

I've never used lantus, been too scared to but dabbled with rapid slin when I've had an abundance of gh in hand.
One could argue that test/gh/slin and a bullet proof diet alongside well thought out training program could yield immense growth. I've certainly experienced some next level growth with a moderate slin/gh phase.
Great layout, especially aimed at your current size and level of growth. I think maybe for the average guy would be overkill.

Insulin scares me only compound I wont use ? 😳
It shouldn't be in most people's vocabulary but for the serious, most experienced guys it is part of the puzzle for extreme growth potential.
I would not recommend anyone to even consider it.
This said Daz is very much in the bracket of people ,given experience and size, where well thought out application and understanding of the drug and its mechanisms can be utilised to fulfill a very specific goal without too much concern.
Let's be blunt for the most reading this, insulin use will outright kill you, without any shadow of a doubt, unless you are well versed in its function and risks.
Personally Im well jealous that current health will not likely let me push the boat out as far as this :) because it works to great effect.
I look forward to see progress reports/pictures here Daz as you are obviously a switched on bodybuilder with classic goals most of us can only dream of reaching.
It would be great to follow a blog Daz, are you coaching yourself? And is the long game to get a couple of shows in next year or this?
Keep us informed bud as it's well inspiring

Definitely up for it mate I wish I could prep you too lol. But it’s something hopefully I can put up on here as it’s my passion I want to not just write but help

When do you think we should begin dieting I think I still need a good few month growing first but do this together

even if walking with those quads must cause some severe chafing from time to time :LOL: Keep it up broseph! x

Yeah, I dont mind growing couple more months, gonna have to tidy up my foods but start mini cut end of April? See what the old bod has to offer and take it from there, I wanted to do a mini cut and spend 2 to 3 months in homeostasis before any kind of deficit but I'm open minded.
I've lost a fair bit of muscle this last year so im making a real effort. Im open minded really though man

100% this. I always have masteron in. Slightly lower dose for me but I preach keeping this in.

Mostly because it will balance out your hormones for those that have issues with oestrogen or ED.

Thanks alot mate appreciated i just love to contribute the best I can and also im here too learn from others and we all help each other like a family it’s the best community here

Haha have thought about using some plasters for the chafing lol

Honestly getting in shape, even contest shape is easy in comparison to adding muscle.

Adding lean tissue, pounds on pounds a year, is a hard task.

I could definitely do another too get stage condition but like bensif said getting huge is the hardest part but there’s some little tricks things I could post about I will get one done also i do believe a certain few can grow into condition especially with the certain hormones used hgh anadrol tren

insulin timed used with carb meals.
