Few things that will improve digestion
fasted cardio it will help speed up gastric emptying push food through your stomach and improve digestion

l glutamine 12g daily helps the gut lining and improving digestion

sauerkraut natural full of probiotics good for gut health

Apple cider vinegar with mother helps acid reflux improve digestion

Lemon same as above improving digestion

baking soda 1 tspoon helps the ph balance improves digestion

Thankfully never ever suffered with digestion, get bloated after a big meal but only for half hour and then I can go again lol

Added some ginger thanks too mick saying that mate and pineapple pre post W and the apple cider lemon baking soda l glutamine morning and night without the l glutamine what a game changer digestion is unbelievable cheap
