Sorry for not being on here much lately guys. I got made redundant after 18 years in a company and got done over for money by them. But have a new job now gone back into decorating. But have Been on a trial for the last couple of months, but now been taken on by tge company so my head and efforts were all into that. But I’ve no decided to do a mock prep and being that big was killing me lol very uncomfortable started prep at 308lbs now done. To a very comfortable 286 lbs and feel so much better for it will keep you all posted on this journey
