Cheat meal day

I’m all or nothing when it comes to sugar so I try to stay as nothing

Can’t just have one piece of chocolate need the whole bar etc

I binge like mad because I go that long without it when I do so I steer well clear now lol

Had a grilled chicken tikka on a great big naan bread last night, first cheat in ages but not as bad as many other cheats I have had in the past

Once in a while a wicked Sunday roast, bone-in rib-beef, rare, goose fat roast potatoes, gravy, ect 🤤nom
Also a sucker for an occasional KFC.
