Hello, I am very new to this. I am 29 years old. I usually attend a gym at least 3-4 times a month. I dont always have a very big appetite, but I am struggling to gain weight. My current weight is around 74kg, and the highest I have ever been was 77kg.

I can go through days were I do not eat anything I skip breakfast and dinner, due my job it makes it very hard to eat at certain times.

I have been researching into steroids and wondered if its something that would help me increase my appetite.

I have been using MyFitnesspal to track food but struggle with tracking food I make on my own.

Or any other food suggestion ideas.
