    Agree mate, 1 rep max's for instance, are great for the ego but not bodybuilding. Learned a long time ago that they are a short route to injury.

    I'm not a big eater first thing, so I have a protein shake with cream of rice powder. 2hrs later I have scrambled egg with salmon, ham or turkey rashers.
