Anyone using enalapril to lower hematocrit?
I heard that enalapril or telmisartan are used to lower rbc and high hematocrit. Is this correct?

I wouldn’t use blood pressure medication purely for this as to much will then interfere with other things only use medication if really needed for the purpose it’s used for

Go other routes I.E give blood

I donate blood but my ferritin is going low after three donation in a year and my hematocrit is raising after a month of donation. I m on doc prescribed trt.

I’d definitely go see a doctor about this bud they will help you better as this sounds like a genetic issue
