So just thought I’d come on and say hi
I’m Shannon I’m 25 I live in Leeds and train at ultraflex. I competed for the first time last year in wellness division and plan to do so again this year through 2 bros regionals and pro quals
I’ll be posting my prep journey which started yesterday on here and would love to maybe see some others prep journeys or show mine. Here’s some pics for reference : previous show day/ starting point to now end of my bulk with around 21 weeks till show no.1
