I have a feeling majority could say calves which are definitely mine.

If not calves then I would have to say lower chest maybe, always been strong on it and feel it big time when I hit it but just does grow as well or fast as the rest of my body groups.

Forearms finally but not so much stubborn more so lacking in training, from 2006-2015 I would hit them hard, very hard twice a week minimum

Not quite sure why I dropped them but they have shrunk overtime as expected but looking forward to doing some of Darren’s stuff and a couple of my own from years ago when I can dig the logbook out and confirm what they was

Definitely calves only thing that I tried was every workout they grew but stopped because my sessions being so dam long had to catch the bus didn’t have extra time but it’s something I need to do not so much weight but reps deep stretch

Chest for me I need to focus on wide bench and dumbbells deep stretch getting it below nipple then pressing. flys holding the stretch too as in birds when chest stretched it grew similar thoughts and Arnold’s chest principles

Forearms too genetically small have too train them reps burn add weight overtime they stay full and grow

My penis :)

Seriously though, quad sweep and inner pecs are genetically hard targets for me.

To be honest, I'm probably going to say everything. I've had to work my arse off for every bit of muscle. (Like most people), but I would say I'm a hard-gainer. Started at around 126lbs and I'm around 245lbs 15% bf today. I'm not the leanest, but that wasn't my goal when I started, I just wanted to be big without getting to fat.
