All whey now if it’s cheap no amino spiking maybe worth trying if tested but never happening

I’ve been getting the texts of proteinworks always discounts I just don’t trust whey unless they go out and test it and it’s not got l glutamine or amino acids creatine added in it

Few years back some got tested came back poor they amino spike it add l glutamine amino acids creatine and it’s a filler false testing.

Same with this nxt beef stuff it’s crap gelatine just eat jelly in that case overpriced junk and it’s definitely like maltodextrin it doesn’t mix correctly either just like malto

drink malto then try that stuff exact same texture
