Since taken 2 tablets per day inner hip pain in the ball of the socket gone just clicks if stretching but the deep pain gone.
No luck on shoulder but that’s a bigger issue lol.
However worth trying for sure even my necks doesn’t crunch loudly when moving my head that was annoying but now quiet
