Many times we’ve pushed weight but even if your getting reps when your pushing massive loads you loose all contraction feeling your now gripping so tight other muscle groups come into it injury niggles happen elbow knees shoulders lower back etc it takes years too change your training but feeling the muscles is absolute key controlled squeezing

When you first begin naturally progressive overload get stronger but once at a certain strength there is no need unless you want too powerlilft

Tendons ligaments takes years to strengthen you jump on a blast and push too quick pop snap or tendonitis begins

Now it’s still mad and motivational seeing guys lift massive weight but for our goal of muscle cut that back and feel the contraction

Volume is key frequency I’s key recovery is key diet is key hormone stack is key too be able too train this way do not tax your cns and watch yourself explode

It took me 20 years to learn this but the mind-to-muscle connection is far more important than how much weight is on the bar if your focus is bodybuilding and aesthetics (and also fitness).
