I've been thinking about this for 15 minutes but honestly can't answer the question.

Ronnie, Jay, and Dorian obviously spring in to my mind straight away but that was just the generation of the mass monsters. If I consider aesthetics....there's so many other smaller guys that could be considered "the best".
