Done my first little Kettlebell session last night finished off with some yoga, fuck me I had to sneak up on my feet to get my socks on this morning. Normally it's 2 days later when the aches hit but its hit today, god help me tomorrow.

It's a reality check for your muscles doing any type of functional training or cross fit isn't it. Separates the men from the boys lol :ROFLMAO:

Stick with it mate. You'll be thankful for it in the long run (y)

Done some kettlebell stuff in the kitchen through the lockdown, really enjoyed it but damn it was tough!

I have a couple of these in the garage. Should dig them out and have a go really. Anyone got a good starting routine?

I got a lot of stuff from you tube. I have a few routines. I'd do 3-5 minute rounds or I'd do time trials, they were brutal. Make sure you warm up well. Oh and go lighter than what you think you should lift to start. If your thinking 16kg do 12kg to start.

very tough workout and yoga always thought of yoga classes hot sweaty women stretching and all that lol
