Flying mate to be honest :-) Strength (which I’m not even concerned about or chasing) is increasing daily, size and shape has come on leaps and bounds but most of all it’s just good to be back and in there. Thanks for asking by the way 👍

Sorry to hear that mate, I have secondary degenerative disease in both hips now and although surgery has helped with some of the problems it’s not relieved them all. For it I am prescribed Paracetamol, Naproxen and Codeine but find this stuff much better and more relieving than that crap...

Decent mate and of the same opinion, I think even pharma are allowed a certain percentage of leeway aren’t they regards accurate dosing? May be very small but I’m guessing would be nigh on impossible to hit the exact dosage spot on every time?
